1990 Setted up Superband Mold Metal Products Plant
Superband has more than 100 sets of advanced CNC machining equipment, including DMG & MAKINO precision high-speed machining center, vacuum heat treatment workshop. It optimizes process and machining in grades. And use MES, APS system to improve the intelligent management level of mold manufacturing to ensure mold quality.

At present, the annual production capacity of aluminum wheel molds , automotive suspension molds and various die-casting molds reaches more than 3000 sets. With total of 17 sets of 350T-3050T die-casting equipment for both mold trial and mass production. All equipped with automatic integrated production line and annual capacity: 8000 tons of aluminum alloy die-casting parts. We have 4 sets of robot polishing system and 16 sets of special machining center & CNC machining equipment for kinds of advanced aluminum alloy die casting parts,which can satisfy personalized needs of customers.
